Gaylene Drew Designs is thrilled to announce a new house build project in Tannum Sands (Gladstone, Central QLD). After a productive meeting with the homeowners, we are set to transform their vision into reality. This upcoming single-level home will feature thoughtfully designed living space's, including four generous bedrooms (one as a guest suite with an ensuite), a study, a multipurpose games/lounge room, and a spacious outdoor entertaining area.

With a focus on optimising light, airflow, and privacy, the design will incorporate low-maintenance selections that reflect the homeowners' modern lifestyle while ensuring the home evolves with their family.
