This stage is about exploring possibilities, refining the direction, and making confident, well-informed decisions before moving to documentation.

Once your selections are finalised, I’ll prepare detailed drawings, schedules, and visuals for your builder and trades.
Every element is documented clearly to minimise questions on-site and keep your renovation or build running smoothly.
