Located in Tannum Sands, this full home renovation for the Hann family redefines family living through a thoughtful balance of style and functionality. The brief was simple — create a light, modern coastal home where elegance meets everyday practicality. From the reconfigured kitchen and new open-plan living area to the refreshed bathrooms and ensuite, every detail was designed to feel cohesive, calm and timeless. Warm timber tones, brushed nickel finishes and a soft neutral palette bring depth and warmth throughout, while clever storage, charging stations and concealed laundry features keep the home functional for busy family life. The result is a welcoming, connected space that perfectly reflects the Hann family’s personality, lifestyle and evolving needs.
